GSN’S NEW HD SERVICE LAUNCHES ON TIME WARNER CABLE NEW YORK CITY, BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS AND SERVICE ELECTRIC CABLEVISION SYSTEMS
GSN HD Now Available to 3.5 Million Subscribers
(Santa Monica, CA) – December 3, 2010 – The thrill of winning is clearer than ever for customers of Time Warner Cable New York City, Bright House Networks and Service Electric Cablevision Systems, as these operators launch GSN’s (Game Show Network’s) new GSN HD high-definition service. GSN HD, which just debuted on September 15, 2010, is now available to 3.5 million total subscribers.

With these launches, GSN HD will now be available to subscribers in the following service areas and on the following channels:
- Time Warner Cable New York City: Entire New York City service area on channel 693
- Bright House Networks: Detroit Region on channel 302; Birmingham, AL on channel 528; Tampa, FL on channel 1280; Indianapolis, IN on channel 813; and Orlando, FL on channel 1280.
- Service Electric Cablevision: Hazleton, PA on channel 660; Sunbury, PA on channel 660; and Birdsboro, PA on channel 640
GSN HD is available on the premier HD satellite Galaxy 13, Transponder 13 (Galaxy 13 is home to many other HD services such as HBO, Cinemax, Starz, HDNet, TNT, Animal Planet and NFL).
Now everyone’s favorite game shows are available in eye-popping high definition—from GSN’s highly rated original series such as Baggage, Catch 21, High Stakes Poker, and The Newlywed Game to fan favorites such as Family Feud, Deal Or No Deal and Lingo. GSN’s live daily show, GSN Live, which offers viewers the chance to play and win cash and prizes every weekday, is also now available in HD.
